ANIU does not host, upload, or store any video content on its servers. All media content is sourced from publicly available third-party streaming providers. ANIU functions solely as an index and search interface.
ANIU respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
If you believe that content accessible through ANIU infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 3–5 business days. Upon verification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the relevant third-party source.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the email address above. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
ANIU has a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
